Delete your account

    You can delete your Kreativ account yourself, at any time. You don't need to ask us and you don't need to give a reason.

    How to do it

      Sign in to Kreativ.

      Open Settings, then Account.

      Choose “Delete my account” and type your email address to confirm.

    Your website goes offline immediately. After 30 days everything below is permanently erased. Within those 30 days you can still cancel by signing back in, and your site returns exactly as it was. If you'd rather not wait, the same screen lets you erase everything straight away.

    What gets deleted

    • Your works, images and video, and the series they belong to
    • Your website: its pages, design, uploaded media and connected domains
    • Your exhibitions, press, publications and CV
    • Your contacts, mailing lists and sent campaigns
    • Enquiries and contact messages received through your site
    • Your profile and sign-in details

    What we have to keep

    Only records the law requires us to retain, such as invoices, which Dutch tax law obliges us to keep for seven years. They are stored separately from your account and used for nothing else.

    Can't sign in?

    If you've lost access to your account, email privacy@kreativ.app from the address the account is registered to and we'll delete it for you. We answer within one month, and usually far sooner.
