Campaigns: email your audience from your own Gmail

Write a studio update, pick your recipients and send it from your own Gmail address, with delivery and click stats afterwards.

    First: connect your Gmail

Campaigns are sent from your own Gmail address, not from an anonymous platform address. That means replies land straight in your inbox, and your emails come from the address collectors already know.

Under Campaigns, open Connect email and click Connect Gmail. You sign in with Google once and grant permission to send; you can reconnect or disconnect at any time. Disconnecting keeps your drafts, sent campaigns and stats safe.

    Step 1: compose

Click New campaign and you are in the composer. Set the sender name (it defaults to your Google account name), write a subject, and write your message in the rich text editor: headings, lists, links, images you upload, and a font for the body.

An unsubscribe link is added automatically at the bottom of every campaign, so you never have to think about it. Your draft saves automatically while you write.

    Step 2: recipients

Pick who receives the campaign: whole lists (Personal updates, Buyers, one of your own lists) and, on top of that, individual contacts. You see the exact recipient count as you select, including how many contacts are unsubscribed and will be skipped automatically.

    Step 3: review and send

The review step shows your sender, your recipient count and a full preview of the email as it will arrive. Click Send campaign now and confirm; a campaign cannot be edited after sending, so the confirmation tells you exactly how many people it goes to.

Sending runs in the background: a progress bar shows how far along it is, and you can safely close the page. Need to stop it? Cancel campaign skips everyone not yet mailed.

Gmail limits how many emails an account may send per day. If you hit the quota, Kreativ pauses and delivery continues automatically once the quota resets. Your campaign is never lost.

    After sending

Every sent campaign shows its results: how many emails were delivered, how many recipients clicked a link, and whether any failed, with the reason per recipient. Use the click numbers to learn what your audience responds to: an open studio invitation, new work, a publication.
